Groundswell is a new york city based nonprofit that brings together professional artists grassroots organizations and communities in partnership to create high quality murals in under represented neighborhoods. Groundswell prepares the justification report detailed text amendment and figures for the application to ensure that site specific zoning standards are implemented to accommodate the proposed development.
